Refund Policy

1. Digital Computing Power and Credits

Tangai LTD. provides digital computing power and API access through a prepaid credit system. Because our services involve the immediate allocation of computing resources and third-party AI token consumption, all purchases of credits are final.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Because credits are consumed in real time for computing resources and third-party AI token usage, purchases are final once credits have been used, and we're unable to offer prorated refunds for partially used balances.

If something doesn't look right on your account, we're happy to help — please see the exceptions below or contact us.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the event of unauthorized fraudulent transactions or billing errors made by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
