1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services, website, and downloadable client software provided by Tangai LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Credits and API Usage
Our service operates on a strictly prepaid, credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on API usage and computing time (e.g., audio analysis duration in seconds). Tangai LTD. reserves the right to modify credit policies at its sole discretion. Any modifications to pricing structures or USD exchange rates will take effect with a 30-day prior notice.
3. Disclaimer of Third-Party Services
Our advanced acoustic diagnostic services rely on underlying third-party technologies, including but not limited to the Google Gemini API. We expressly disclaim any liability for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or outages caused by these third-party service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the analysis API if the underlying AI models experience downtime beyond our control.
4. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, payment processing, and global tax compliance.
5. Client Software License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our desktop client software solely for interacting with our API services. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the software.
